The Rams to keep any discipline 'in-house' for Aaron Donald

and others involved in a practice fight with the Bengals

After getting involved in a fight with the Bengals on Thursday,

the Los Angeles Rams are now attempting to deal with the fallout.

With regard to discipline, the hands of the NFL fell on the Rams seemingly tied.

On Friday, Ram said they plan to address the matter "internally".

He said a lot of rams were involved in dust-ups during practice,

while All-Pro DT Aaron Donald was standing outside.

The footage showed Donald snatching helmets from Bengals players

and wielding them as a weapon shortly before practice was over.

However, it is unlikely that Donald, or any other player, will receive a harsh punishment.
