Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander passed away early Sunday with

discomfort in his calf. They now need to come up with a better plan to move forward.

Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander left Sunday's game

after just 3 innings with discomfort in his right calf. There was no score

in the game until Verlander left, but five relievers came to the end.

Although the reliever did well and scored seven runs in six innings,

it is unstable to spin through the entire bullpen for most of the game.

Verlander is easily the best starting pitcher in Houston and the AL Cy Young candidate.

Overall, the Astros have one of the best rotations in the league.

They need to come up with a solid plan to manage Verlander's innings

Going forward if they hope to maintain this level of success.
