Earlier this week, the New Orleans Saints sued the NFL, the NFL Players Association,
Roger Goodell and several teams outside the linebacker Junior Galette.
In the 21-page lawsuit, Gallett claims he was "like Colin Kaepernick
and blacklisted by NFL owners" because he spoke out about
alleged racial discrimination made against him.
The lawsuit includes the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, Las Vegas Raiders,
Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, Carolina Panthers and Washington Commanders.
Gallet claims that he was ready to sign a deal with the Rams for the minimum veteran. However,
a sudden "change of plans" prevented him from joining their roster.
Rams head coach Sean McVay reportedly told Galette,
"I can't wait for you to be here, you already know we've all been fired."
