Free Agent Left tackle Jason Peters meets with the Cowboys on Friday.
Jerry Jones plans to visit the 40-year-old after Peters' physical exam.
Earlier this week, Jones insisted he was comfortable entering
the session in a left tackle with 21-year-old rookie Tyler Smith.
Peters, with 218 career NFL starts under his belt, could serve
as a mentor in a crucial position for the 2022 first round.
Peters could also provide the depth needed with veteran starter
Tyrone Smith on injured reserve with a knee injury.
Peters has made 218 starts in his 228 career NFL games.
