Kevin Pilar gives an update on his injury which has

placed him on the injured list since the first week of June.

The Dodgers signed left fielder Kevin Pilar to a minor league contract in March and

fans were excited to see how the 33-year-old could support Mookie Bates,

Cody Bellinger and Chris Taylor in the outfield this season.

After starting the season in Triple-A, the outfielder

eventually joined the major league team, but spent just 4 games

with Los Angeles before suffering a shoulder fracture in June.

Two months after surgery to repair the injury, Pilar gave fans

an update on his injury after losing to the Mets on Thursday night.
