One hand slips from his cuff and is catching fish with a rifle.

She loads it, aims it out the window and starts firing.

No threat to Oklahoma sheriff's deputy who was shot during a welfare check.

The officers' Bodycams recorded the civilian being shot in the chest.

A deputy also suffered minor injuries when a bullet hit him in the head.
