Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Omar Khan continues to impress in his new role.
After a trade with the Denver Broncos for outside linebacker Malik Reid,
the team has always saved around $1 million on his contract.
Reed's contract originally had an original value of $2.433 million.
After reworking the deal, it's now $1.5 million
The Steelers acquired Reid for a 6th-round pick
and we were given a 7th-round pick from Broncos.
Reid joined T.J. Watts, Alex Highsmith and Jamir Jones in the team's outside linebacker room.
The 26-year-old has recorded 13 sacks over the past two seasons for Denver.
