Nottingham Forest is in talks with Wolves over a deal for Willie Boly.

Forest have already made 19 new signings since being promoted

to the Premier League via the Championship play-offs. With Rennon Lodi on his 19th arrival,

East Midlands club also planned to bring in free agent Serge Aurier in 20th place.

Boly, who joined Wolves in the Championship, has four Premier League seasons experience.

But being among the league's most influential centre-backs in 2018/19,

when Wolves were newly promoted, the Frenchman suffered injuries in 2019/20 and 2020/21.

The 31-year-old spent the first half of last season on the bench before suffering another injury,

although he made a regular debut in the final weeks of the campaign.
